Huoshan Huangya Yellow

Huoshan Huangya Yellow is a rare and exquisite tea from Anhui, China. The leaves are processed similarly to green tea but undergo one extra step that sets them apart. Sealed yellowing or "men huang" allows the leaves to gently oxidize, developing a yellow hue and smooth, mellow flavour with minimal vegetal taste and astringency.
