How to brew (for 1 serving)
• 1 tsp (2 g)
• 95°C (203°F)
• 6 fl oz (177 mL)
• Rinse*, ~4-5 min
*Rinsing simply means to pre-soak the tea leaves for a few seconds to allow them to unfurl. To rinse, pour hot water (at the recommended brewing temperature) over the leaves, just enough to cover them and wait a few seconds. Pour off and discard the rinse water, and begin the infusion.
Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
